The Telos product development team worked with SimpleDocs co-founders to create the strategy, define the product roadmap, design the product and engineer the application.
The initial MVP included the creation of workflows for automating NDA signing. We have expanded to other types of contracts, allowing users to simplify their contract lifecycle management.
Configurable workflows
Organizations can create custom workflows, they can set approvals, signatures, and negotiable terms.
NDA request flows management
Users can request NDA signatures between their organization and an external party. This includes the monitoring of the approval process, gathering signatures, and archiving the signed document.
Smooth onboarding
Shareable links for company members to request an NDA without creating platform accounts.
Word Add-in:
Word add in to tag custom contract templates, and use them in your request flows.

Secure and searchable storage for signed contracts.

To manage recommendations, deals, and clients.
In 2023, we launched the MVP focused on NDA contract automation. Subsequently, we have built other features that allow for other contract type automations, including custom contract templates. As a result, we have onboarded several organizations and won two Stevies Awards for Innovation of the Year and Legal Solution.
