Pedro is Co-Founder & CEO of Flourish Fi, a behavioral engagement platform used by banks, fintechs, and credit unions across the Americas. Through partnerships with Mastercard and flagship clients such as Carrefour Bank, Santander, and PicPay, Flourish has helped institutions improve engagement, usage, and loyalty by embedding behavioral design directly into financial workflows.

With 15+ years across fintech, SaaS, mission-driven organizations, and financial services including scaling initiatives at Oportun (NASDAQ: OPRT), Pedro brings operator depth in environments where product decisions directly impact real people’s financial lives.

He will continue leading Flourish Fi as CEO while joining Telos as an Operating Partner.

At Telos Labs, Pedro brings his founder-operator experience building and scaling fintech platforms across the Americas to help shape our fintech practice. He will work alongside product and engineering leaders facing high-stakes decisions to ensure their platforms are architected not just for launch, but for durable growth.
